Refund Policy

All crypto payments are final.

Cryptocurrency invoices are non-refundable. This includes Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT, and every other coin offered at checkout. Once a crypto payment is sent, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or exchanged for store credit, even if you change your mind, enter the wrong contact, or no longer want the product.

Check the product, the duration, and the delivery method before you pay. Chat-delivered products still require you to contact us on Discord or Telegram so we can hand them over. Paying does not create a refund right if you do not contact us.

Card payments

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link are processed by Stripe. Digital goods are delivered immediately or queued for manual delivery as soon as payment succeeds. After a key is activated, an invite or config is sent, or we have started chat delivery, the sale is final. If we take a card payment and then cannot deliver the product at all, contact support with the order id and we will review that order.

What is not a refund case

• You paid with crypto.
• The product was delivered or activated.
• You used the wrong Discord username or did not message us for a chat delivery.
• You bought the wrong duration.
• A partner product was bought on another website.
